私がつくれる、ただひとつの世界花火大会
世界中から動画で花火作品を募り、
その中からNo.1を決めるコンテストを開催します。
WEBサイト上の投票で選ばれた優秀作品が、
第63回前橋花火大会において、実際の花火で再現され打ち上げられます。
Let's create your fireworks show with us!
We are pleased to announce that the World Web Fireworks Competition in Maebashi is now open.
This competition is open to everyone and welcomes entries from all over the world.
Each entrants will be required to create a fireworks show and post a video.
And the winner's show,
selected by online voting, will be fired with real fireworks at the 63st Maebashi Fireworks Festival.

作品募集要項
・動画の長さは3分（180秒）以内とします。
・音楽の使用は問いませんが、
著作権フリーの音源を使用してください。
（投稿する際にアーティスト名・曲名を記載してください。）
※著作権上の問題によりYouTube上で流すことができない
場合があります。予めご了承ください。
・エントリーは一人１作品のみとします。
審査の流れ
応募作品の中から一次選考を行い、
そこで選ばれた作品を当サイト上で一般公開し、
YOUTUBE上で閲覧・投票していただきます。
最優秀賞は高評価の数と実行委員会の審査に
より決定いたします。
■投票方法
投票方法は、YOUTUBE上でお気に入りの作品を
高評価してください。
（お一人様何作品でも高評価できます。）

最優秀賞（1作品）
賞金：10万円
副賞：花火大会当日ペア1泊宿泊チケット
作品内容及び注意事項
・打上玉（サイズ）２号～７号（２インチ～８インチ）
・打上幅１００ｍ～１５０ｍ（３ヶ所～５ヶ所）ワイド
・玉数 約３００発
・トラ・マインによる斜め打ち可能（玉による斜め打ちは不可）
・日本の火薬取締法令に基づき、選ばれた作品の調整あり
注意事項：
投票等不正行為が行われたと判断された場合、賞金及び副賞についてはお支払いいたしません。

Application Rules
・The video length should be less than 3 min. (180 sec.).
・You can use any music in your video work.
NOTE: MUST INCLUDE TRACK TITLES and
ARTISTS’ NAME on the entry form.
・Only one entry per person is allowed.
・Submission will only be available via PC.
Judging
Winning entry will be selected by sencond rounds of judging.
・1st round :
Maebashi Web Fireworks executive committee will choose candidates to move on to the final round.
・Final round:
The entries which passed the first round will be posted on this website (link to YouTube video).
And then, voting will be open to the public!
After online voting, a winner will be select based on both the total number of YouTube Likes and review by executive committee.

Watch entries on this website and vote for your favorite by clicking ‘Like’ button on YouTube.
NOTE: You can vote as many entries as you would like.

Grand Prize
・￥100,000 Cash
・Gift voucher for overnight accommodation for two people
(Check-In date ： Saturday, 11 Aug. 2018)
Important Notice
・The shell size: from 2 inch to 8 inch
・Launch width: 100 meters to 150 meters
(launch point : 3 － 5 places)
・Approx. 300 fireworks will be launched.
・Launching fireworks diagonally is available
by using Comets/Mines.
(By using firework shell is not acceptable.)
・Based on the Japanese Explosives Control Act,
the work may be required to make an adjustment.
NOTICE:
Anyone found to be ineligible, engaging in acts of dishonesty, or not in compliance with any competition rules will be disqualified and no prize will be given.

Fireworks Festival
The Maebashi Fireworks Festival is held along
the Tone river and attracts many visitors from all over Japan.
This festival has become one of the highlights of the summer,
and put smiles on the faces of people of all ages and genders.

both a bright colored night sky and the scenery of Maebashi
